Sørborgen school is a primary school for 1st — 7th years, planned for 75 pupils per year,
total 525 pupils. An extension shall be constructed for the middle school, 5th — 7th years,
with 225 pupils, next to the current gym hall from 1967, In addition the administration and
teacher work places shall be altered, with a new plan solution and technical installations.
Outdoor work for the accompanying areas shall be included. The existing preliminary project is
based on a sketch project from November 2015. An option shall be offered for
outdoor work at the secondary school.
The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure. A prequalification will take place, followed by a competition. Then negotiations will be held on all sides of the tenders.

The selection will be made based on the ‘best of’ principle. This means that the contracting authority will look closely at the applicants' documented qualifications for:
— technical and professional qualifications, reference assignments, as documented in accordance with annex K4. A maximum of 10 relevant assignments shall be stated. Attention is drawn to the fact that missing information can led to the assignment's relevance being difficult to evaluate.
