Karlshus school is located centrally at Karlshus and shall be expanded due to increasing student numbers at the school.
The extension shall be erected in solid wood and some passive house and is planned as a two floor building.
The extension shall be located against the existing school and contain both student areas and administration, teacher work stations and personnel rooms.
The student areas consist of class bases, group rooms, changing rooms and common areas.
No action shall be taken in the existing building, only adaptations and reparation against the new extension.
The development of external infrastructure and outdoor areas is included in the turnkey contract.

The tenderers shall be a legally established company: Documentation: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country.

The company shall comply with requirements in relation to regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts, as well as other requirements in Annex 2. Documented by a Self-declaration about wages and working condition in public contracts etc. Annex 2.

The business shall be affiliated with a publicly certified apprenticeship scheme in accordance with requirements in Annex 3. Documented by a Self declaration about the apprenticeship scheme. Annex 3. During the entire contract period, apprentices should be utilised for at least ten months. Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the contracting authority.

Tenderers must have delivered their assignments and paid tax and VAT. Documented by: Tax Certificate. The certificate shall not more than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-providers, tax certificates must be provided for them as well.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Positive equity. Documented in the Accounts for the last three years and credit rating from a certified credit rating company.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Sufficient capacity is required; as well as necessary back-up/stand-by capacity in connection with illnesses, etc. etc. Relevant competence is in this context defined as minimum 5 years experience from equivalent projects. List of the company's total manpower/capacity as well as staffing for this assignment with names. Regarding competence, the contracting authority must describe the necessary back-up/stand-by capacity, e.g. by referring to an agreement with another company, c.f. next dash point. — If possible, a statement from another company the tenderer rely on.
