Turnkey Contract for Greveløkka School expansion

Hamar kommune invites tenderers to an open tender competition for a turnkey contract for Greveløkka School expansion.
Greveløkka School shall be expanded. New extensions to the school shall be constructed and parts of the existing school shall be altered. Outdoor sheds shall also be erected, the outdoor facility shall be upgraded and the existing car park shall be changed so as to safeguard the safety of students who are delivered to the school. The performance also comprises all necessary demolition in connection with the extensions and alterations
For further information about the project and contract work, see part II — The tender documentation.
The start of the project (contract signing) is set for Autumn 2016 and shall be completed (hand over) before summer 2018.
In addition there may be minor procurements that are contracted or purchases separately, particularly if Hamar kommune already has a signed framework agreement. For these types of procurements, the Turnkey Contractor can have the contract transferred as an under turnkey contract or receive coordination responsibility as a parallel contract. Mark-up for this type of responsibility is priced under Annex D — Remuneration.
As contractual provisions, NS 8407 applies with the corrections that are in part II of the contract documentation, point B.2 and B.3 Special contract provisions.
