A new nursery with 10 departments shall be engineered and constructed in Harald Sohlbergs vei 19. The existing buildings on the site shall be demolished before the new nursery is constructed. The assignment also includes the development of the outdoor area.
The building shall be BREEAM certified, as well as fulfil the requirements for plus-house, as defined in annex 1 — Performance Description.

The nursery shall have a special department for children with disabilities, the size of which must be adjustable. The assignment also includes development of the outdoor area. The property developer must establish an engineering design group that safeguard all required special fields included in this assignment.The assignment shall be executed in 3 stages:Phase 1 — Preliminary project;Phase 2 — Detailed engineering design, construction, commissioning and start-up;Phase 3 — Trial operation, hand-over and claims period.Ground surveys have not been carried out on the site.
