The South East Norway University College (HSN) dep. Ringerike, located approximately 3 km outside of down town Hønefoss. The buildings are from the 1960's, purchased by The Directorate of Public Construction and Property in 1981, and remodelled in 1983-1985, thereafter supplemented with an addition completed in 1996. The gross area for all of the buildings is 10 316 m2 distributed over the blocks ‘A’-‘F’. The site currently appears closed and indistinct, with many different levels and with few practical meeting places for students and employees.The Directorate of Public Construction and Property has received an assignment from HSN to be in charge of alterations and further development of the existing premises. A particular focus for the project is to gather joint functions and establish a new main entrance, so that the facility appears well arranged, inviting and defined, as well as removing some of the different levels. This shall be achieved by replacing block A with a new construction.To create a functional and integrated solution for the whole of Ringerike Campus, the other existing buildings shall be remodelled and rehabilitated to a limited degree.The system solution means that the University College will be more modern and attractive and dig possibilities for growth and development. The University College wants changes in further teaching forms to be possible without major remodelling.

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.
Complete financial statements for the last year, including the audit report, alternatively StartBANK ID. The Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to carry out a credit rating of all tenderers.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1/2. The contractor is required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.
1. A description shall be submitted of up to 3 reference projects with comparative value with information about i.e:
— Project name;
— Contracting authority;
— The project's size in m
— Type of building;
— The contract value of the assignment excluding VAT;
— Type of contract (if a turnkey contract, whether own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project);
— The company's assignments/role in the project;
— The start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — where 1 is in the project.
2. If the designing business(es) are other than the executing turnkey contractor (or if the reference projects under no 1 are not turnkey contracts where employees of the executing turnkey contractor have designed), the engineering design business/the businesses who shall execute the project document up until 3 reference projects with comparative value, with information as stated in point 1 above, as well as which phases the assignment was performed in.
