The user group has different psychological and/or physical disabilities. The users have psychological and/or physical disabilities with needs that mean that the use of public transport is inappropriate. The users' disabilities vary and some users depend on an attendant during transport. To the degree that an attendant is relevant, the attendant will be employed at the contracting authority or will be a relative of the user.

on the value, date, extent and name of the
public recipient, with contact information for
obtaining references.
Requirement: a good ability to fulfil the contract is required.
— Organisation chart with an overview of the company's total manpower;
— Overview of minibuses and employees (including
drivers) who are available at the tender date
(including spare material). In addition
confirmation shall be given that the capacity can be increased if
the tenderer is awarded the contract.
