The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract for the transport, reception and treatment of hazardous waste, inert matter and risk waste. The transport, reception and treatment of hazardous waste shall be in accordance with the waste regulations, chapter 11.
The waste is to be collected from the contracting authority's reception place at Heggstadmoen 65 in Trondheim. The contracting authority is to sort, pack and declare the waste for further transport. For lot 4 Impregnated Wood: The fraction is to be weighed at the recipient until the contracting authority has its own scales for impregnated wood. The waste is to be packed in different ways, depending on the type of waste. The waste is to be loaded directly into the tenderer's vehicle with appropriate equipment. All waste shall be delivered to a certified treatment or final disposal facility for the fraction in question. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with a unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to extend the framework agreement for 1+1 year. The tender contest has 7 lots, each lot will be evaluated separately. Based on this, the contracting authority can end up with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 service providers. Tender letters must clearly state which lot the tender is submitted for.
