The competition includes transport and processing of residual waste from households in Skien, Porsgrunn, Bamble and Siljan municipalities. The waste shall be transported from Bjorstaddalen waste plant. When using containers for transporting waste, these shall be kept by the tenderer. The Contracting Authority is responsible for filling heavy good vehicles/containers.
