— The company's annual accounts with auditor confirmation from the last 3 years — in total, and for the services included in the contract.

— Credit appraisal/rating — not older than 6 months from the receipt of tenders and based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The tenderer must have the financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. A reference list of the documentation for similar assignments the last 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients.

2. The documentation shall be given in 1 of the following ways:

— Description of the company's routines regarding quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and continuous analyses and improvement.

— If the tenderer holds an ISO 9001:2000 certificate, this may be attached.

3. A description of vehicles at the tenderers disposal for implementation of the contract. Cf. point 5.10.

The tenderer shall describe available back up capacity.

3. A description of the manpower available for the assignment shall be submitted with the tender. Cf. the requirement specification's chapter 5. The tenderers shall describe the back-up capacity in connection with absence due to sickness and holidays.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1. The tenderer is required to have experience with similar assignments, executed during the last 3 years. The term ‘similar assignments’ means contracts of the same type, scope and value.

2. The tenderer shall have an established quality assurance system.

3. The tenderer must have ability and capacity to fulfil contracts.
