IMR shall procure two (2) Thermosalinographs with PVC (plastic) manifold and water jacket for shipboard installation to collect information about the sea surface.
The two thermosalinographs shall be installed and used on the polar research vessel (TBN) ‘Kronprins Haakon’, currently under construction at Fincantieri Muggiano Shipyard in La Spezia, Italy.
The scope of the contract is the purchase and delivery of two (2) Thermosalinograph systems, as further specified in the Tender document section 1.4.
The installation of the Thermosalinographs on board the polar research vessel (TBN) ‘Kronprins Haakon’ will be performed by the Buyer.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1. Mandatory requirements: The tenderers shall have arranged conditions with respect to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT). It is a requirement that tenderers do not have outstanding payment of VAT, tax and payroll tax. If the tax certificates show outstanding payments, an explanation must be enclosed with an approved repayment plan confirmed by the Tax-authorities.

Documentation: Tax-certificate not older than 6 months. With Tax-certificates means:

— Norwegian companies must submit a Norwegian Tax-authority form issued by Norwegian tax collection/VAT offices (Altinn, Skattekontoret or Skatteoppkreverkontoret).

— Foreign companies must supply equivalent certificates/documentation from their National Authorities showing that they are aligned with their responsibilities regarding payment of tax and duties. If the authorities in the country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a declaration, which states that all taxes and fees have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ other person responsible for the company's finances.

Documentation: Credit rating

— Credit rating / business credit report, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures and that includes, among others, information on ownership, payment remarks, rating, credit limit recommendations etc. The rating shall be carried out by a credit information company that has a license for its activities (ex. Dun and Bradstreet, Experian, Bisnode etc.).

— The credit rating must not be worse than A (credit worthy) or equivalent if another rating is used (number rating)

— Tenderers with a lower rating than A or equivalent (i.e. not credit worthy or credit worthy with security) will not be considered.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

As documentation of fulfillment of this qualification requirement the tenderers shall provide a list of at least three equivalent deliveries in the last three — 3 – years, as references. This is done by filling in the reference form, cf. Attachment 1. The reference form shall state the recipient of the delivery, content of delivery, the value of the contract (not mandatory) and the date of delivery.

The listed references can be contacted if needed for clarification of their relevance, thus a contact person at the recipient/buyer with corresponding contact information shall be provided.
