Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The options involve independent inspections, detailed engineering design, as well as preparation of work plans. The contract also include an option with possible engineering design for the quay area outside Hamnegata 48, and the extension of a boulder wall on both sides of the Molde River, up towards the lower bridge in the Strandgata street.

The service provider shall be a legally established company.
* Certificate of registration.
Tax certificates shall not be older than 12 months, calculated from the tender deadline.

Service providers can, if necessary, use other companies' capacity to fulfil the requirements for economic and financial capacity and the technical and professional qualifications. Equivalent documentation for them, as well as a binding statement must then be enclosed.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Service providers are required to have their tax and VAT payments in order.
* Tax and VAT certificate.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months, from the tender deadline.

Service providers are required to have the financial ability to fulfil this contract.
* The company's annual accounts for 2014 and 2015 (profit and loss accounts, the balance, cash flow analysis, notes, the board's report and the auditor's report).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The requirements for the service provider's technical and professional qualifications are detailed in the tender documentation.
Summary of the requirements for the service provider:
* Service providers are required to have competence within engineering design services for buildings/installations of an equivalent extent and complexity.
* The service provider with possible sub-providers shall have the required competence and employ sufficient quality assurance routines adapted to the relevant measures in order to solve the undertaken the assignments.
* The service provider shall have the necessary capacity and competent manpower to implement the assignment.
* Quality assurance systems are required for the services that shall be provided.
* The project language shall be Norwegian.
