The assignment concerns the 2nd construction stage of the Seafront in Molde, with river flow diversion of the Molde River and the relocation of a pier, as well as various works in the area down to the seafront towards Torget (the Square).Consultanst shall prepare a preliminary project, as well as undertaking all documentation for the total preliminary project calculations. Furthermore the preliminary project shall form the basis for the tender competition, contracting and execution, either in the described detailed designed contract or as a function described turnkey contract for parts of the initiative (phase 1).
