The sea front, Molde

Molde is being proactive in its aim of being 30 000 inhabitants through a focus on, amongst other things, town centre development. Molde town shall, thus, get a new gathering and recreation area along the sea front in the town centre. This includes an expansion of the quay width and an upgrade of the standard of the quay area's surfaces.
This competition is for a general contract for the Sea Front Molde.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company. Documentation: Company registration certificate.

Tenderers shall work systematically to fulfil the requirements in the health, environment and safety legislation.

Documentation requirement: HSE self-declaration.

Wage and working conditions in public contracts. Documentation requirement: Declaration of wages and working conditions.

Tenderers shall have an apprentice scheme. Documentation requirement: Self-declaration on an apprentice scheme.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have the financial ability to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers shall be up-to-date with tax and duty payments.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers and sub-suppliers are required to have, or be able to get, certification for the relevant rights to be responsible for the initiative.

Documentation requirement:

1. Central certification; or

2. A declaration on the right to be responsible, in which the company confirms that it will use sufficient quality assurance routines adapted to the initiative in question in order to solve the assignments that are taken on (Cf. Case 10 — §10-2).

Tenderers are required, together with any sub-suppliers, to have experience from equivalent or relevant assignments for carrying out this project.

1. In order to be qualified, tenderers shall have carried out a minimum of 1 quay project with a quay front length of 30 m in the last 5 years and/or 3 quay projects in the last 10 years with a quay front length of minimum 100 m in total.

2. In order to be qualified, tenderers or sub-suppliers shall have carried out site work with surfaces with a contract value of minimum 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT in the last 5 years and/or 3 site/surface work with a contract value of minimum 5 000 000 NOK excluding VAT in the last 10 years.

3. In addition tenderers shall refer to an overview of the company's 3 most important contracts in the last 5 years, of relevance to this project. Tenderers shall document experience from other projects with an equivalent size and complexity, with a transferable value to this project.
