Sørlandet Hospital Health Trust (SSHF), c/o the Medical service clinic is planning procuring a new Flow cytometer.
A separate procurement agreement shall be signed for the delivery of instruments, and a separate framework agreement shall be signed for the delivery consumables for the instruments.

K 01 Tax and VAT certificates: Requirement: The tenderer must have delivered their tax statements and paid taxes and employers contributions and VAT. Documentation: Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of application/tender offer. Any arrears or other irregularities must be explained/justified. Foreign tenderers must submit the corresponding confirmation that government taxes and fees have been paid in the country where the tenderer has its place of business. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, a tax certificate must also be provided for them.

K 02 Company Registration Certificate. Requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers shall present an updated Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers shall present certificate(s) for statutory registration in the country of establishment.

K 03 Requirement: Tenderer shall have ethically justifiable activities. Documentation: Tenderers must not have legal convictions for corruption, fraud or money laundering, or be guilty of a criminal offence related to professional conduct during the last 5 years. Tenderers who do not satisfy this requirement will be rejected from the competition, based on the regulations § 20-12 (1) e or 20 -12 (2) d (PPR Part III). Confirmation that the requirement is satisfied, can be documented with a self-declaration, Yes or No under this point with any explanation.

K 04 Financial and economical position — Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to carry out the contractual obligations. The contracting authority will assess the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirement based on the following information.

a) Latest submitted annual financial statements with notes including auditor's report.
b) Income statement and balance sheet for the last six months if it is more than 6 months since the last annual report.
c) Tenderers are free to substantiate their economic and financial position by any other document, including for example by a parent company guarantee. d
) For all limited companies registered in the The Brønnøysund Register Centre, the Contracting Authority will obtain a rating report on www.purehelp.no to verify this requirement. Documented with the last Annual Report and Annual Financial Statement according to the reporting obligation.
