A decision has been made to co-house the current offer of the Education Programme for Specialisation in General Studies in Åsane district at Tertnes 6 form college. The college shall be dimensioned for 735 pupils and 90 employees and it must, therefore, be extended with an annex.

The assignment is for an extension of approx. 5 500 m
Outside a new access road to the extension shall be developed. As a part of this, new car parks for cars, mopeds and bicycles shall be established. The junction with the county road shall be moved to improve visibility and the pavement with a foot/cycle path shall be altered. A noise reduction screen shall be set up against parts of the college.

Requirement:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.
Documentation requirement:
The tenderer's annual accounts including notes with the Board's and the auditor's reports from the last 2 years.
If the Annual Financial Statements for the last year are not finished before the tender deadline for this contest expires, the last year's preliminary annual accounts should also be attached.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The tenderer must have an adequate ability to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:
— Description of the capacity to carry out the assignment. Availability and the number of employees.
— A concise description of the overall quality assurance system that the supplier will apply in carrying out this contract must be given.
Requirement: Tenderers shall have good experience from similar contracts.
Tenderers shall enclose a list of the 3 most relevant assignments in the last 5 years. The description shall as a minimum include:
— A brief description of the delivery;
— Time of execution;
— Scope of delivery in monetary amount;
— Name and telephone number of the reference person at the contracting authority.
The Contracting Authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.
Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient right to be responsible for the initiative.
— Valid certificate of central certification for the right to be responsible in the relevant development class 2;
or;
— Documentation that the company meets the requirements for the right to be responsible in development class 2.
Requirement: Apprenticeship scheme:
Tenderers shall document that they are affiliated to an apprenticeship scheme, or confirm that this will be done in accordance with the contract requirements.
