Driftsassistanse for vann og avløp i Oppland (DiO) is the contracting authority on behalf of 20 municipalities and 5 private treatment plants. This is a tender contest for laboratory services for analysing nutritive substances, heavy metals and environmental poison in sewage water and nutritive substances/heavy metal in sludge. The service includes all costs for transporting samples, sample bottles with necessary packaging for safeguarding frozen samples, labels for labelling the sample bottles, analysing samples as well as written and electronic feedbacks of the analytical results.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The public annual accounts for the last 3 accounting years, including the auditor's report. If the tenderer believes this does not provide the correct image of their economic capacity, this can be accounted for, possibly by supplementing with newer credit assessments/rating carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution.

The Contracting Authority can obtain further documentation and assessments on the company's financial situation and use this in the qualification evaluation.

If sub-suppliers are to be used, a description shall be enclosed of how much and which part/parts the tenderer intends to leave to the sub-suppliers.
