The framework agreement shall first be signed for a 1 year period, after which the contracting authority shall have an option for an extension of one year at a time, up to a total limit of 4 years.The contract's total value, including the value of contracts founded under the framework agreement, is difficult to estimate, but, without any obligation, it is estimated to be between 15 000 000 NOK and 20 000 000 NOK. The largest value will be mobile telephones, as well as accessories and service associated with them. The Authority currently has approx. 4 000 mobile telephones and 150 tablets.There are several conditions that can affect the above mentioned estimate. These include internal requirements for increased mobility and taxation rules for mobile telephones.15 000 00020 000 000
