The contract is for the procurement or hire of an IT system for the administration of school transport in Sogn og Fjordane. The system shall at 1st be used within school transport, and it shall be used for all pupil transport via bus, boat and ferry. On a general level, the idea is that all pupil information will be added by the municipality, school or pupil, and it will also be these who will be responsible for making changes as required. The basic data will be obtained from the national population register. Based on the information added by the municipality, school or pupil, the contracting authority shall be able to grant and organise transport by bus, boat and ferry.The municipality, school, pupil and transporter shall also be able to use the system to get information on the status of the granted transport.1 500 0002 000 000
