The Ministry of Defence

The Ministry of Defence (FD) needs assistance with technical support for the Public Affairs Regional Centre (PARC) in Skopje, Macedonia, within the theme strategic communication with the media and opinions on themes connected to security policies and defence matters. The main delivery will be holding courses for instructors connected to PARC within communication and media training (train the trainers). The courses shall be held in Macedonia in 2016.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company. —Company registration certificate.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Very good solidity is required. The Ministry of Defence will obtain financial figures and a credit rating, which will be provided by a credit rating company. A minimum of rating A is required.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 1. A very good ability to fulfil the contract is required: Requirement 2. Experience is required from equivalent assignments. Requirement 3: A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required. — For example: Manpower for this assignment (organisation plan) with the names and CVs of key persons who shall carry out the assignment. A contact person for the assignment must be specified. If sub-providers are to be engaged in the assignment, corresponding information must be given in relation to the people who expected to be involved. — An overview of the company's most important, relevant deliveries during the last 3 years, including values, time frames, and recipients. Based on this list, 3 relevant projects must be described. The name and e-mail address of a contact person must be given for each of these 3 relevant projects. *An account of the company's quality assurance system/management system.
