System for Mobile Device Management (MDM2016) — Qualification

The objective of the procurement is:
— To have implemented an MDM System in Oslo kommune's infrastructure that is put to use on Gerica telephones. The system requires that there is functioning management, administration and control of these telephones.
— More stable and future oriented system for control of Gerica telephones.
— This system should be able to be utilised by other organisations in Oslo kommune for equivalent needs such as The Agency for Health (HEL) or other needs that can be covered by an MDM system.
The scope of the procurement:
With the help of an MDM supplier this project should cover the needs of HEL, by:
— Procuring (purchase, maintenance and support) of 2 250 licences for an MDM system;
— The tenderer shall assist and ensure that the solution is implemented in Oslo kommune's operational environment;
— The tenderer assist and ensure that the system is rolled out to these 2 250 clients (Gerica telephones);
— The tenderer shall assist during design and implementation of the management organisation for the system. This means processes to handle the collaboration between the Operational supplier (currently EVRY) — UKE (the municipality's internal operational supplier) — HEL — City Districts.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit appraisal of the tenderer and use this in its evaluation of this criteria as a supplement to the requested documentation.

Documentation: A general description of the tenderer's technical personnel or technical units the tenderer has at their disposition to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the enterprise or not, especially those responsible for the quality control.
