In order to document this, tenderers shall fill in and enclose a competence matrix for each responsibility/discipline. The following areas of responsibility shall as a minimum be included in the matrix:

It is a prerequisite that all collaboration partners present a commitment statement and provide sufficient documentation so that all potential collaboration partners can be assessed, cf. point 1.8.2.
