Storetveit nursery school — turnkey contract

A new nursery school for 75 children shall be constructed beside the Storetveit School. The area of the site is 3 700 m². The building shall be constructed with two floors. The gross area of the building is 633 m². The outdoor area surrounding the building is reserved for the kindergarten's play and break area. A preliminary project has been prepared and this project is the basis for the turnkey contractor's future work.
The sequence regulations in the zoning plan for the area presuppose that the upgrading measures along the Kirkeveien road are executed before a project start-up permission for the construction of the nursery school is given. These works are implemented in a separate ongoing contract.
A zoning plan for the project was approved in May 2014.
The general permission was approved in March 2016
The project start-up permission's sequence regulations for the upgrading of the road was given in July 2016.
The works with the road (K101 general contract) were initiated 10.08.2016 and shall be completed in week 48/2016
The assignment included in this tender contest — K102 Turnkey contract — will be awarded immediately after the tender contest is concluded, and the work starts promptly. The entire contract shall be handed over within 12 months subsequent to the signing of the contract.
