Storetveit Kindergarten — general contract road, water and sewage installations

A new kindergarten for 75 children shall be constructed beside the Storetveit School. The area of the site is 3 700 m². A zoning plan for the project was approved in May 2014. The building shall be constructed with two floors. The gross area of the building is 633 m². The outdoor area surrounding the building is reserved for the kindergarten's play and break area.
The zoning plan is subject to sequence regulations regarding upgrading measures along Kirkeveien. These measures must be completed before a project start-up permission for the construction of the actual kindergarten is granted. A general permission for the building application is approved.
The proejct shall be executed in 2 contracts:
1. K101 Builder managed general contract for the sequence regulations (this tender contest)
2. K102 Turnkey contract for the construction of the kindergarten, including outdoor areas (to be published as a separate contract at a later date).
The assignment will be awarded as soon as the tender contest is completed. All works must be expected to be initiated either before or right after the summer holiday 2016. This is dependent on the progress of the public building application management. All works shall be completed within 9 weeks prior to start-up. The construction works related to the kindergarten shall be implemented immediately after this.

Similar contracts here means:
Construction of plants on/by public roads and the establishment of water and sewage installations.
2) The company shall have established systems for quality assurance.
3) It is required that the tenderer has proper qualifications for the relevant approval areas, equivalent to enterprise classification stated in the table referred to as ‘Godkjenningsområder for sentral godkjenning av foretak’, annex I.5.
