Sandefjord kommune (Sandefjord municipality)

Stokke, Andebu and Sandefjord municipalities shall establish a 4 year contract for winter maintenance on roads by snow clearing with tractors or wheel loaders. Tenders are wanted for winter maintenance in 23 areas. A contract will be signed with one (1) tenderer per area, i.e. up to 23 tenderers can be chosen for the contract.
From 1.1.2017, the municipalities of Stokke, Andebu and Sandefjord shall merge to become a new municipality under the name of Sandefjord kommune. New Sandefjord municipality will get a new organisation and municipality number. The new municipality will have approx. 60 000 residents.
From and including 1.1.2016, the agreement will be transferred to the new Sandefjord kommune.
Subject to budget coverage and any political decisions.

Requirement: Norwegian tenderers shall present a tax and VAT certificate by the tender deadline and it shall not be older than 6 months old, calculated form the tender deadline expiry. The tenderer must not have substantial arrears. Any arrears must be justified separately.

Foreign tenderers must submit proof that the company has fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of social security contributions and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the tenderer is established, or in Norway. A certificate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer's home country will be seen as adequate. If a tenderer's home country does not issue such documents or certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration given under oath or affirmation by the relevant person to a legal or administrative authority, a notary public or other competent authority in the home country.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.
Documentation: An account of the manpower, tools and machines (tractors/wheel loaders) that the tenderer has at its disposal for the execution of the contract/assignment.
A copy is to be enclosed with the tender of the vehicle log book/documentation that the tenderer owns/leases, or will be able to own/lease the machines required for the assignment.
