The contract includes new buildings and reconstruction of the existing school buildings at Sjetne School. A solution proposal based on a 1-7 school with 525 pupils shall be prepared for the entire procurement.In addition, a lower secondary school with an area of 200 m2 shall be constructed.Sjetne School shall function as a 1-10 school until a new lower secondary school in the area is required.The contracting authority will base the contract on ‘the area and function programme for new school buildings’ in Trondheim municipality. A separate area and function programme is prepared.Demolition of the pavilions B, D, E and F cf. the attached site plan.The new building shall comply with the requirements for passive houses. The contracting authority will consider the use of solid wood structures as an alternative.
