At present the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing has an agreement for this field. This agreement expires 31.10.2016 and a new agreement is required, subsequent to this expiration date.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for service, operations and maintenance of systems, as well as replacement of existing systems, and to some degree; establishment of new systems. The agreement also includes reporting, channel cleaning, re-adjustment and smaller alterations and adjustments of the systems.The agreement concerns ventilation systems in 150 addresses in Boligbygg's property portfolio. The number of ventilation systems may vary during the agreement period. I.a. due to procurement and sale of properties.The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with 2 contractors, provided that sufficient suitable tenders are received. The addresses will be divided approximately equal between the 2 contractors.
