The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for hiring in services for service, maintenance, assembly, logistics and stocks. The services shall be provided for Skyss Technical Operations.
Technical Operations is a part of Skyss'ICT department and it is responsible for the daily technical operations and maintenance of Skyss' equipment in and on vehicles, vessels, stops and terminals. The entity is mainly responsible for ensuring that, amongst other things, the ticket system, passenger counting, real time information and digital screens are both operative and functioning well.
Technical Operations mainly manages and carries out its assignments with its own employees. The contract that is now announced is a framework agreement that Skyss can make call-offs on when needed to supplement the resources that the organisation has itself within service, maintenance and repairs, installation and disassembly of equipment for example in times of temporary absence such as; illness, holidays, leave etc.) and in periods with heavy work loads.
The resources that shall carry out the assignments in this contract must have special training in Skyss' equipment. This training will be provided by Skyss.
Tenderers will be always required to have available resources with such training. Further details on the service requirements are in the contract (Part 2 with annexes).

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The expected contract volume: The expected personnel need will be 4-5 man-labour years. The personnel need will be evenly divided throughout the year. The personnel need will not be affected by holidays, which means that the operator must be able to provide the service 365 days a year.

Tenderers shall be a company covered by the definition in the FOA § 3-12:
‘companies where the majority of the involved employees are handicapped and the nature or extent of their handicaps imply that the employees cannot execute works on ordinary terms.’
If sub-suppliers are used, the same requirements will apply to the sub-suppliers.
