The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for hiring in services for service, maintenance, assembly, logistics and stocks. The services shall be provided for Skyss Technical Operations.Technical Operations is a part of Skyss' ICT department and it is responsible for the daily technical operations and maintenance of Skyss' equipment in and on vehicles, vessels, stops and terminals. The entity is mainly responsible for ensuring that, amongst other things, the ticket system, passenger counting, real time information and digital screens are both operative and functioning well.Technical Operations mainly manages and carries out its assignments with its own employees. The contract that is now announced is a framework agreement that Skyss can make call-offs on when needed to supplement the resources that the organisation has itself within service, maintenance and repairs, installation and disassembly of equipment for example in times of temporary absence such as; illness, holidays, leave etc.) and in periods with heavy work loads.The resources that shall carry out the assignments in this contract must have special training in Skyss' equipment. This training will be provided by Skyss.Tenderers will be always required to have available resources with such training.
