Norsk Tipping AS shall enter into a new agreement on security monitoring and overall security services.
The systems comprise solutions from numerous different suppliers:
Cisco, Brocade, Netapp, HP and IBM.
Operating systems AIX, Linux, Windows.
Platforms: database from Oracle, WAS, VMware, Citrix.
The gambling systems are delivered by different suppliers of gambling systems.
The operation is monitored 24/7/365.

Supplier requirements. — Implement professional security services; — Substantiated competence on the offered products/service; — Must be able to provide competence when critical incidents occur; — Very good competence and overview within the subject area IT security and monitoring; — References from equivalent operations; — Own programme/training of the supplier's personnel. Installation and operation requirements. — The establishment of the service; — Follow up; — Proactive management. Documentation, training and course requirements. — Overall documentation and follow up thereof; — Proposals/recommendations in relation to training; — The documentation shall be submitted in Norwegian/English.
