Havnegata 48 (approx. 11 000 m), Industriveien 1 (approx. 2 100 m) and premises for ‘shared operations site’ (approx. 200 m).

In order to participate in the competition, tenderers must present a tax and VAT certificate that is not older than 6 months.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent Annual Accounts with notes, including any new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures. If the tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the economic situation has changed significantly since the last submitted annual financial statement, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation acceptable to the Contracting Authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of the tenderers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer is required to have adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignments in the contract period.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Documentation proving that the business has public certification in accordance with the law on security guard services of 5.1.2001 No 1 and the regulation about security guard services of 25.5.2004 No 787.
— An overview of the tenderer's most important deliveries in the last 3 years. This must specify the content of the contract, value, length and the name of the contracting authority. Annex 2 shall be used.
— Indication of the number of people that work in security guard services for the tenderer on a daily basis, divided by the number of years of relevant work experience. The template, annex 4, must be used.
— An account of the company''s quality assurance system/quality management system, and any certificates issued by certifying bodies that confirm fulfilment of quality assurance standards.
— If the tenderer must use sub providers to fulfil the requirement for technical/professional qualifications or financial/economic position, the tenderer shall document to the contracting authority that he has the right to use the necessary resources, by enclosing a binding statement on this from these sub-contractors. The template, annex 4, must be used.

— The security company shall operate their business in accordance with the law on security guard activity of 5.1.2001 No 1 and the regulation about security guard services of 25.5.2004 No 787.
— Significant experience from similar assignments is required.
— Extremely good and stable execution capacity and ability are required.
— A good, well-functioning quality assurance system is required.
— Sub-contractors:
The tenderer shall, together with the qualification application, provide an overview of the sub-contractors/cooperation partners that could be used and an overview of what these will contribute. The application must also state how the cooperation is regulated between the parties. The contracting authority shall only relate to the tenderer, who will have the same responsibility for his sub-contractor's services as for his own.
