Objektive utvelgelseskriterier:
Of the received requests for participation in the competition, the Contracting Authority will invite the tenderers who best fulfil the qualification requirements, to submit a tender offer.
If there are more than five qualified tenderers, the Contracting Authority will undertake a selection amongst the qualified tenderers prior to the competition, so that only five tenderers are invited to submit tender offers. The Contracting Authority will undertake a selection based on who is considered best suited to compete on the contract and the purchase of the shares. To make this selection, there will be points allocated on the different technical and professional qualifications requirements. This includes competence on the operation of the laundry, experience form equivalent deliveries and systems for quality assurance. Maximum number of points achievable is stated under each of the technical and professional qualification requirements. The tenderer's documentation of the qualification requirements is the basis for the evaluation. The Contracting Authority will allocate points to the best of their purchasing discretion. The tenderers who achieve the most points will proceed to the tender phase.
