Total contractor shall be a legal entity and registered in a trade or other business register.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Total contractor shall have settled conditions regarding tax payment and value-added tax payment.
Doc .: Certificate for tax and VAT, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Total contractor shall have the financial capacity to perform the contract.
Doc .: Credit rating, not older than 3 months.
A copy of the company‘s annual accounts for the last three years with the auditor report including new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Total contractor shall comply with legal requirements in Norway within health, safety and environment.

Total contractor must have the professional expertise required for this contract.
Doc .: Description of the tenderer's technical personnel or technical units to fulfill the contract.
Total contractor must have competency (approvals, systems, training and practice) to declare responsibility for responsible applicant and the necessary responsibilities in execution in class 3.

Total contractor must have experience in projects of similar nature, complexity and scope.
