Replacement of existing winches and drawbars

Kulturhuset shall enter into a contract for upgrading manual stage equipment and replacing winch engines in the stage house for raising and lowering the stage and technical lighting equipment.
The tender is for the replacement of 9 engines in the stage house for raising and lowering the stage and technical lighting equipment. Eight of these engines have motorised counterweight based moves, of which three of these shall keep the counterweight principle.
The rest shall be replaced entirely including drawbar, wire, blocker and wire guides.
We would like the upgrades and replacements to be carried out in July-August 2016.
The contract is subject to changes in the extent of the procurement due to changed financial limits.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: Tax Certificate for tax and VAT, respectively, not older than 6 months.

The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation: Company registration certificate.

Tenderers must have wage and working conditions in accordance with the general tariff agreements or nationwide tariff agreements for the relevant area included in the contract. Documentation requirement: The tenderer shall fill in and sign a self-declaration confirming that wages and working conditions are in accordance with the general tariff agreements or national tariff agreements, see annex 4.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment. Documentation: The tenderer's accounts for the last 2 years, as well as the turnover for the services included in the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Documentation requirement: Reference list of comparable contracts in the last 3 years. The Contracting Authorities shall be specified with contact information so that references can be obtained. Tenderers that are newly established and cannot therefore present references, must substantiate that they have the prerequisites required to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the services that shall be provided. Documentation requirement: An account of the tenderer's quality assurance system, or a copy of a system certificate.
