Regional procurement of volume pumps and spray pumps

Mid Norway Regional Health Authority (Helse Midt-Norge RHF) invites tenderers to a competition for procurement of new spray and volume pumps. The pumps shall be used in different departments and treatment environments. Therefore we want tender offers on pumps that can cover the need for both advanced use such as for example anaesthesia and intensive care, and simpler use in the wards, day units, out-patient clinics and pre-hospital services. The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the named pumps for the whole of the Mid-Norway Regional Health Authority. This includes all locations such as Volda, Ålesund, Molde, Kristiansund, Røros, Orkdal, St Olav, Levanger and Namsos. In addition a framework agreement shall be established for consumables.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Company Registration Certificate.
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company. Documentation. Company registration certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit assessment from an approved credit rating institution, such as Lindorff or Experian. The assessment must be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past 2 years. If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the supplier may prove the financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the Contracting Authority. The tenderer must make written contact with the Contracting authority before the tender deadline in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.

The tenderer is required to have good finances. The tenderer shall be credit worthy, have sufficient liquidity and low bankruptcy risk.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A reference list of the company's most important relevant deliveries over the last 3 years must be included with the tender, including their value, relevance, time and recipient. The references will be checked if necessary.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Experience from equivalent assignments is required.

Begrunnelse for rammeavtaler med varighet over fire år:
Different suppliers of volume and spray pumps are a risks for the medication management, therefore we are extending the duration. Equipment dedicated consumables cannot be bought from other suppliers and an agreement regarding this must therefore be signed for the lifetime of the equipment.
