See chapter D1 for a detailed list of estimated quantities.The quantity will be adjusted due to price and budgetary coverage.The delivery of necessary materials is included in the assignment.As a general rule, new railing templates will form the basis for the tender in relation to requirements and strength, working width, requirements, railing ends, the lengths of the railing and transitions between various types of railing.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Contracting Authority has the option to prolong the contract with up to 2 years, 1 year at a time.
A written statement regarding option for prolongation of the contract will be given the contractor within 31.12.2017 and 2018, respectively. If the Contracting Authority chooses to release the option for prolongation, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the volume of the contract in accordance with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's annual budget frames.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. Tenderers shall enclose a tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall be as new as possible and not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline.
2. Working partnership. If the tenderer is a working partnership, attached to the tender there must be a declaration of joint liability to the Contracting Authority and third parties. Furthermore, each individual participating company in the working partnership must provide information on their company, as is required in the tender documentation. Working partnerships will be assessed collectively for all the qualification requirements.
