The Contracting Authority needs a new competition implementation tool and contract administration tool since the current agreement expires early summer 2017. All procurements with a value of 100 000 NOK, shall in accordance with the purchasing strategy, be implemented in KGV. As of October, The Norwegian Mapping Authority had executed approx. 90 competition in their KGV system in 2016.

The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for 2 years + 2 years + 2 years so that the total possible contract length is eight (8) years.
Any contract extension must be triggered at least 6 months before expiration of the agreement.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1) The supplier shall be a legally established enterprise.
Fulfilment of the requirement shall be documented by:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate;
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
2) The tenderer shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
— Tax Certificate for tax and VAT which is no more than six months old, calculated from the tender deadline.
— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Credit evaluation/rating from a credit rating institution with a valid license from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, not older than 6 months, shall be enclosed with the tender offer.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
