Project Well Met — Self-service systems for patients at the hospital. The procurement consists of lots (1) System support to find the way to the hospital and meeting place, (2) The patient's self-service for check-in and settlement/payment and (3) Control of patient flow and resources.
The objective of the procurement is to offer the patients self-service systems through continuity of patient care with focus on preparation for consultation, meeting at the hospital, finding the way to the hospital, execution of the consultation as well as payment and finalisation of the consultation. The system(s) shall contribute to improving the facilitation of practical information to patients and to being more efficient by freeing up commercial employees' time.
