1.5. Information meeting/Tender Inspection: An information meeting and site inspection will be held for all interested parties on 10.3.2016, 10:00 at The Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, C/O The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's builder barracks, Sognsveien 220, Oslo. Note: Meet at The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's builder barracks. The purpose of the information meeting is to reveal and clarify any vagueness in the tender documentation and further specify the assignment. The tenderers are asked to thoroughly examine the tender documentation prior to the information meeting/site inspection, and any questions should be presented in advance, cf. point 1.6) below. The tenderer is encouraged to participate in the information meeting and in any joint inspection of the construction site. Minutes from the meeting/inspection will only be published on Doffin, and those who have registered their interest in the competition, cf. point 1.1) above, will be notified via email from Doffin. Participants of the meeting/inspection must provide their name and company. Travel expenses, etc. in connection with the information meeting/inspection will not be covered by The Directorate of Public Construction and Property.

Name: NIH Restoration, tenders for an engineering procurement and construction contract: K204 Energy storages:

Statsbygg has been given the assignment, from Kunnskapsdepartementet (The Ministry of Education and Research) to implement detailed engineering design and restoration of approx. 16 650 m

A large part of the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences' total area is not included in the restoration.

An energy storage park shall be established for the delivery of heating energy to heating pumps.

This invitation to tender/contract concerns engineering design, drilling, constructing and establishing of the above mentioned energy storage park — contract K204.

The heating pumps are not included in the current competition.

The Norwegian School of Sport Sciences will be in full operation during the construction works. The works must be organised in such a manner that access for students and employees is secured in safe way. Tenderers must take this into account when pricing these inconveniences into the tender offer. The tenderer must also take into account and price their tender offer so that the energy storage park includes conduit paths/ditches shall partially be located inside the construction site's barracks area, where construction works will take place delivered by other contractors. The contractors must coordinate their works on the construction site in consultation with the user (NIH), The Directorate of Public Construction and Property and other contractors.

Note: Furthermore, large parts of the works will take place on the outside of the construction fence for the construction project, where there is much public through traffic. Therefore, the tender offer must price HSE measures for the safety of passers by and the general public against accidents and injuries.

The works must continuously be protected against unauthorised access to the areas where the contractor works at any given time are occurring, by fencing in those areas (minimum standard construction site fencing) and they must be well labelled/signposted.

The execution of the designing and construction works shall take place from 1.6.2016 to 1.12.2016.

It is a requirement that works in the areas that lie outside of the construction site fence for the main construction project (i.e. the open space marked green on the attached location map), shall be completed including setback of the areas (green areas) at the latest by 1.11.2016.

The commissioning period is 12 months, from 1.12.2016-1.12.2017.

The energy wells shall be drilled in the red shaded area on the location map, and the collection pipe shall be delivered and mounted in accordance with performances in the current tender documentation including main pipe to the furnace wall, located as shown on the attached location map in building 10 (by the swimming hall).

We refer to the document — tender form, as well as document 1006101 NIH K204 ENERGIBRØNNER_ Anbudsbeskrivelse av energibrønnanlegg 23.2.2016 (Energy Wells_Tender Description of energy well facility 23.2.2016).

3.1. Alternative 1:

Delivery and installation of phial pockets in supply and return lines for each well placed in the collecting basins.

Deliver and installation of 1 corrugated pipe for buried cable 75/67 mm from the collecting basins to the main basin outside of the energy centre.

Delivery and installation of 4 corrugated pipes for buried cable 110/103 mm from the main basin outside of the energy centre and to the energy centre.

3.2. Alternative 2:

Delivery and installation of phial pockets in flow lines (supply and return) for each collecting basin.

Deliver and installation of a corrugated pipe for buried cable 50/42 mm from the collecting basins to the main basin outside of the energy centre.

Delivery and installation of 1 corrugated pipe for buried cable 110/103 mm from the main basin outside of the energy centre to the energy centre.

Tenderers must have satisfactory implementation ability.

Documentation requirement 1: Overview of the number of employees in the company/companies, divided into engineering designers, executors and administration.

Qualification requirement 2 — The tenderer (the company) shall have experience with assignments of equivalent size and complexity.

Documentation requirement 2:

Description of up to 3 relevant projects with information about:

1— Name of the project;

2 — Contracting Authority;

3 — Size of the project;

4 — Contract sum excluding VAT;

5 — Type of construction;

6 — Date for start of works and completion (year), if not completed — state the current status of the project;

7 — The tenderer's main responsibility, role and assignments in the project;

8 — The Contracting Authority's reference person who can be contacted.
