Tokyo.The office portfolio may also include new offices opened in the above locations and in new locations during the term of the framework agreement.We are seeking to engage consultants to provide project management services in relation to such refurbishment projects in NBIM Offices. Further, specialist advice on specific shorter-term issues might be requested.Note that for the Oslo Office there are currently framework agreements in place between Norges Bank relating to similar services (DOFFIN reference 2015-156495 and TED reference 2015/S 099-181299). This tender process covers only specialist advice and project management services as these are outside the scope of existing framework agreements.NBIM will hire local contractor (s) for architectural design and general construction, including construction manager; hence, these services will not be part of this tender. An NBIM internal project manager and project group will be set-up as part of each project which will include internal specialist resources related to IT and security requirements. The project management supplier engaged for these refurbishment projects shall liaise with all external parties on NBIMs behalf.We therefore request a proposal for project management services related to NBIM Offices refurbishment projects.The development and refurbishment of our office facilities is managed from Oslo and the main work location will be in Oslo with extensive travelling to our offices abroad.
