The objective of the procurement is to establish competent project management for pure water basins at Oset water treatment plant. The following manager roles are required for the project:

— Project Director;

— Project Manager technical installations;

— Project Manager for rock and basins.

There is also a need to create contracts for construction management of the project, approximately 3 to 5 persons as top loading depending on the work time and concurrency in the execution of various plant assignments. Project management and construction management are announced at the same time, but established in 2 separate contracts.

The following plant works are planned:

— Access tunnel will be established as a future access to new pure water basins and to later expansions at Oset water treatment plant.

— 4 new basins shall be built, each with a volume of 25 000 m

— Altogether, approx. 300 000 m

N.B: The project is subject to financing in accordance with the municipality investment regime.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Documentation:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate;

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

Documentation: The company's last Annual Financial Report including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The company shall have the following resources:

— Engineer/ civil engineer education (higher technical education, 3 or 5 years) in the discipline of ‘building and construction’;

— At least 5 to 10 years relevant experience as a project manager/construction manager in the discipline ‘building and construction’ from;

— Major plant projects in rock and tunnel works.

Documentation: Information about education and professional qualifications of the tenderer and the company's administrative management, particularly for the or those person(s) responsible for providing the service.

(CVs are not be delivered, competence matrix can be part of the announcements).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Experience is required in the implementation of major construction projects. Experience from water and sewage installations will be preferred if all else is equal.

Documentation: List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time and the name of the public or private recipient.

If the services were for public contracting authorities, this should be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority concerned. If the services were for private contracting authorities, certificates should be issued or confirmed by these. In the absence of this, a declaration from the tenderer will be accepted.
