Basic data: Historical basic data are enclosed and they provide an overview of the number of procured bins in the period June 2011 — August 2015. The figures must be seen as informative and they do not represent any procurement obligation for ÅRIM.Scope: It is difficult to estimate the value of the framework agreement and the scope of each product. Based on historical figures, it is estimated that ÅRIM purchases waste containers for approx. NOK 750,000 excluding VAT. per year. This is only a rough estimate and it is only meant to give tenderers a guideline to the contract's extent. The scope of the agreement can deviate from this during the contract period. The contracting authority is not bound by the stated estimates/values. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the Customer's requirements, activities and other limiting factors. The volume stated in the price form is only given in order to achieve a price comparison during the evaluation.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The Contracting Authority will carry out their own assessment of the Tenderer's finances through the business and
account information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro.
The Contracting Authority will not accept credit ratings from other business and account information systems than
Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro in order to ensure an equal assessment of all tenderers. Tenderers can enclose other necessary information with their tender if the tenderer is of the opinion that Bisnode/CreditPro will not provide a correct picture of the financial situation. Newly established companies: Newly established companies who have not worked up a basis for a credit assessment must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financial institution on the company's financial and economic standing. This also applies to foreign tenderers.

The financial capacity to carry out the contract is required. The tenderer is required as a minimum to be
Credit worthy, A in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro, or have the economic capacity to
fulfil the contract based on the Contracting Authority's discretion in regard to attached documentation from
the Tenderer. Newly established companies: Newly established companies must have the economic capacity to execute the Agreement.

Ethical and social requirements documentation: Tenderers shall fill in the Self-Declaration form — Ethical and Social Requirements (Annex 3).
Environment: Tenderers shall fill in the self-declaration form on environmental management (annex 4). This is to substantiate that the requirement is met.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Ethical and social requirement: Tenderers are required to comply with ethical and social requirements in their own company in accordance with annex 3, and to work to ensure the compliance of the sub suppliers involved in the implementation of this contract.

1) Option — liner for sack: I.e. a liner that can be assembled in 140 litre waste containers and that enables the use of 100 litre waste sacks in the container. The Contracting Authority would like tenderers to come up with a solution here. Tenderers are to enclose the solution in the tender.

2) Option — Containers for glass and metal packaging:
The Contracting Authority is considering to implement a collection scheme for glass and metal packaging. If such a scheme is realised, there will be a one-time procurement of approx. 1 500 140 litre waste containers. The actual number will be adjusted to transport optimisation (full trailer loads). Tenderers shall, when pricing individual containers, assume that a full trailer load will be ordered.
