The agreement will start at the signing of the contract. The duration of the agreement is 2 years from the start of the agreement, with the possibility for
Contracting Authority to extend the agreement for 1 year + 1 year .

Ørskog, Norddal, Ørsta, Sandøy, Sande ( in Møre og Romsdal), Giske, Sykkylven, Ulstein, Hareid, Herøy, Stordal,
Haram, Sula and Vestnes.

A tax certificate is required.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The Contracting Authority will carry out their own assessment of the Tenderer's economy through the business and
account information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro.
The Contracting Authority will not accept credit ratings from other business and account information systems than
Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro.
The tenderer can enclose other necessary information in the tender if the Tenderer believes that
Bisnode/CreditPro does not provide a correct picture of the economic situation.
Newly established companies: Newly established companies that have not built up a basis for credit rating
must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financing institution regarding the company's financial
and economic position.
This also applies to foreign Tenderers.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The economic capacity to carry out the contract is required. The tenderer is required as a minimum to be
Credit Worth, A in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro, or have the economic capacity to
carry out the contract based on the Contracting Authority's discretion in regard to attached documentation from
the Tenderer.
Newly established companies: Newly established companies must have the economic capacity to execute the Agreement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Experience:
A reference list with ten references must be enclosed, showing that the qualification requirement is
met. The tenderer shall fill in the form ‘experience — references’ and attached this to the tender offer.
Insurance:
A copy of the Insurance Certificate should be attached.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Experience:
The tenderer, or employees of the Tenderer are required to have experience from equivalent assignments. Hydraulic systems are in this context
equivalent assignments means experience with public procurement during the last three years in accordance with the regulation on
public procurements part II and/or part III.
Insurance:
The tenderer is required to have Liability insurance for the profession.
