The objective of the Contract is to cover the Contracting Authorities' need for the procurement of procurement assistance, in accordance with the requirement specifications.
It is voluntary for the Contracting Authority to utilise the Contract, but if the Contracting Authority shall procure procurement assistance,
this Contract must be used with the exception of the comments to the Contract.

The contracting authority is not bound by the stated estimates/values. The volume per municipality/company will depend on, amongst other things, the Contracting Authorities's need, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.The weighting stated in the price form is only given in order to achieve a price comparison during the evaluation.
