It is difficult to estimate the value of the framework agreement, the extent for each product and the extent per municipality/company.Based on historical figures, it is estimated that the participating municipalities/companies procure office chairs for approx. 2 000 000 NOK-3 000 000, excluding VAT, over a 4 year period. This is only an estimate and is only meant to give service providers a guideline of the contract's scope. The scope of the Contract can deviate from this during the contract period. The Contracting Authority is not bound by the given estimate/scope. The volume for each municipality/company will be dependent on i.a. the Customers' requirements, activities, budgetary situation and other frame factors. The volume stated in the price form is only given in order to achieve a price comparison during the evaluation process.
