The Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings shall procure windows that shall be installed in Ravnåsen, Blakkens vei and Sletta nursery schools in Oslo. The procurement is part of the PAPIRUS project, see point 1.3.
The Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings wants to procure windows that provide reduced heat loss and high light transmission. The windows shall have low greenhouse gas emissions and low life cycle costs. This will be evaluated on both LCC and Co2 footprint.
The supplier of the windows will be a supplier to the contractor, but the Contracting Authority will regardless be the window supplier's Contracting Authority in the contract. The contractor shall be procured in Spring/Summer 2016.
