Procurement of water sample taking and water analyses for The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Eastern Region

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Eastern Region, Strategy and Improvements Department, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a competition for taking water samples and water analysis.
The contracting authority has strict environmental requirements and the documentation requirement for the water quality applies to both small and major development projects, as well as for the operation of existing roads. The contracting authority is expected, in the period, to use considerable resources on taking water samples and water analyses, including sediment samples.
The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement for taking water samples and water analyses in the whole of the eastern region, i.e. Oslo, Akershus, Østfold, Hedmark and Oppland.
The aim of the framework agreement is to be assist the contracting authority with water surveys in a quick and efficient way in development projects. We would like to be able to use the framework agreement for major planned water surveys along existing roads. The assignments can be individual assignments and monitoring assignments that run over a longer period.
Sediment samples in lakes and cleaning dams including the analysis of them are also included in this framework agreement.
The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer for the entire region.

The estimated cost limit/consumption of the framework agreement in the whole of the Easter Region can be up to 3 000 000 NOK per annum. Attention is drawn to the fact that the amount is uncertain. It will vary with the type of projects that are being planned and developed. There is no obligation to buy and this estimated is not binding.The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer for the entire region.The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years from the date both parties have signed it.
