The contracting authority would like tenders for the provision of vehicle administration and accompanying services for the contracting authority's vehicles The vehicle administration agreement is subject to deployment of the tenderer's underlying agreements with accompanying discounts for the administration of the vehicles. This includes fuel, oil products, car rubber, service and maintenance, repairs, rescuing services and agreements for the procurement of electronic vehicle log, and equivalent products with relevance to the contracting authority's requirements. The scope of the contract is vehicle administration of approx. 1,250 cars and approx. 100 motorcycles.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the contract
— Annual Financial Statements for the last three fiscal years which includes the Director's report, income statement, balance sheet, notes, and auditor's report.
and/or
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
The contracting authority will obtain a credit assessment of the tenderer from the company Experian. This credit assessment will be part of the evaluation of the tenderer's financial and economic capacity. The tenderer must as a minimum be credit worthy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have a well-functioning quality system suited to the content of the contract.
— Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2002.
— The contracting authority will also accept other documentation as proof that the service provider has equivalent quality assurance measures. As a minimum, a general description of the system's content, including an overview of inspection plans and check-lists that are relevant for this contract, must be submitted.

An account of existing procedures or valid certificates from third party verified systems (for example: Miljøfyrtårn [Eco-lighthouse programme] ISO 14001, EMAS).
