Oslo municipality c/o Nordstrand District, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition for transporting day centre users to and from Lambertseter old people's home and nursing home, Midtåsenhjemmet, Bekkelagshjemmet and Nordseterhjemmet.
The aim of the procurement is to transport day centre users to and from day centres for elderly persons. The need for help will vary, so the drivers must be prepared for a social function. The transport service is for a scheduled route where users are transported to and from the day centres.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— The tenderer's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and VAT.
Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the service provider is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The tenderer must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Documentation requirement: The company's last annual accounts including notes, the boards annual reports and audit reports, as well as recent information of relevance to the company' fiscal figures and a credit appraisal/rating, which is not older than 1 year, based on the last known fiscal figures.

If, for valid reasons, a tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority finds acceptable.

— Good execution capabilities are required.
Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's total manpower, a description of how a replacement vehicle and/or driver can be obtained in the event of illness/break-down etc., an overview of the offered manpower for this assignment and an account of the instruments, tools, material or technical equipment that the tenderer can use for the contract/assignment, a specification of the vehicle(s), (make and year model, EEA-certification, number of seats and auxiliary equipment etc.), as well as the equipment's/the vehicle's functionality with significance for the ability to carry out the assignment.

— Good experience is required from equivalent assignments.
Documentation requirement: A list of the tenderer's most important deliveries from equivalent assignments, the tenderer's most important deliveries in the last 3 years, including their value, date and the recipient/contracting authority and written certificates/references from previous relevant contracting authorities.
