Procurement of SRO services E18 tunnels in north Vestfold

The contracting authority would like tenders for services connected to management, regulation and monitoring, hereafter called SRO, for the 6 tunnels that are being renovated along the E18 in north Vestfold. These are Hanekleiv, Hillestad, Løken, Botne, Bringåker og Brekke tunnels, all tunnels with 2 courses. In addition the Island tunnel is included. This shall not be renovated in accordance with the tunnel regulations, but included as a part of the traffic plans for Bringåker and Botne and shall therefore be upgraded as regards SRO and the network in the same way as the other tunnels. The service is for system engineering design and programming services for PLS, I/O and network, connected to the SRO installations in the mentioned tunnels.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
The tenderer shall have the requisite legal capacity to fulfil its contract obligations. Tenderers shall present their Company Registration Certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have the requisite financial foundation to comply with the contractual obligations. Tenderers shall present the annual accounts for the last accounting year.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have the requisite professional foundation necessary to comply with the contractual obligations. A list of the most important deliveries and services performed in the last three years shall be enclosed with the tender. These shall be relevant reference contracts for programming services and equipment deliveries of SRO installations in road tunnels.
