The objective of the procurement is to ensure ICT Operation access to products and services in the area of ‘Security Solutions’. This comprises i.a., but is not limited to, products for zone division and zone control (firewalls), products for load balancing of traffic, as well as consulting services.
The procurement shall further ensure ICT Operations maintenance of new and existing machinery and software in the area.
The procurement will consist of two main parts, a ‘framework agreement part’ and a ‘maintenance part’.
1. ‘The framework agreement part’ shall include the purchase of software and machinery for the agency's security solutions. It will also include the purchase of services in the form of consultancy assistance in the areas of advising and design, operation, administration and maintenance.
2. ‘The maintenance part’ shall include the existing software and machinery, i.e. Software and machinery owned by NAV at the time the new agreement is signed, as well as software and machinery that is procured during the agreement period.
The framework agreement shall include the following areas:
— Purchase and maintenance of security barriers.
— Purchase and maintenance of solutions for load balancing of traffic.
— Purchase and maintenance of remote access solutions.
— Purchase and maintenance of solutions for content filtering and control.
— Purchase of consultancy assistances connected to advising, design and operation of security solutions.
— Purchase of solutions for ordering and administration of public SSL certificates.
Norwegian is to be used in both written and oral communication with the service provider.
There will also be a requirement that the services are initially executed at the Service Provider's premises in Oslo.
