… tender:— External checks of facades, outside areas and checks that doors and windows are properly locked;— Checks that all gates are down and fences intact;— Checks of vehicles for break-ins or vandalism;— Checks of possible fires or leaks;— Turning away unwanted persons, including noting their personal details;— Action in accordance with a prior agreed plan if there are deviations from the normal situation:i. For signs of a break in;ii. Smoke/fire;iii. Leaks;— If there is a need, report/forward proposals for; necessary signage and marking of buildings, site fences, etc.— All reports shall be sent directly to BIR's contact persons. A monthly visitors report is to be sent to an agreed person at BIR;— 24 hour reports in the event of deviations.

Part 1 includes an option:
BIR currently has alarms at most locations. The alarms have been delivered by several suppliers. After the security guard services have been awarded, we would like to discuss the current system with the chosen tenderer in order to see whether it is appropriate to move the current alarm contracts. This will not be a part of this tender, but if BIR sees it as economically and practically advantageous, the current alarm systems can be moved to the company that is awarded this contract.

Qualification requirements:
Tenderers must have their tax, employer contributions and VAT payments in order. Documented by: Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months, calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.

The tenderers must vouch for the fact that the company works systematically to comply with health, environment and safety legislation and satisfies the Internal Control Regulations. Documented by: A signed HSE self-declaration. The certificate must not be older than 12 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documented by: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country. The certificate must not be older than 12 months from the tender deadline.
The use of a working partnership or the use of sub-suppliers shall be described, including:
— Structure, division of responsibility and cooperation form;
— Division of work;
— Organisation plan;
— Company addresses;
— Responsible contact person.
Documented by: A commitment statement shall be enclosed if a tenderer shall directly use sub-suppliers or cooperation partners for the assignment. The document shall document that the tenderer can use the necessary resources in the contract period. The document must be dated as close to the tender date as possible, and it must not to be older than 3 months.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from a minimum of 2 equivalent contracts during the last 3 years. Documented by: Description of the tenderer's 2 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include an indication of the contract value, time frame and recipient (name, phone number and e-mail address). References can be contacted by the contracting authority. Sensitive information will not be requested.
