Sykehuspartner offers services based on CA PPM to the health companies and the 5 cooperating hospitals in HSØ.
CA PPM is software for project and portfolio management (PPM). CA PPM is an integrated package with modules that give the organisation a way to organise their services, products, resources and financing for the implementation of projects.
Sykehuspartner would also like to be able to offer other actors within the health sector the option to use C PPM or services based on this software.
Through a framework agreement for the procurement and maintenance of a portfolio and project management tool, which was signed between Avenir (later bought up by Evry) and HSØ RHF (Sykehusparter HF) in 2009, Sykehuspartner HF has procured a number of licences for CA PPM. These licences are used for both server software and for user software. The user software is normally used by project managers and project co-workers, as well as by the programme offices and others in HSØ/SP.
Sykehuspartner currently has a maintenance contract with Evry. If a new suppliers takes over the maintenance, this supplier must sign a contract with CA for invoicing the previously procured CA PPM licences.
Sykehuspartner itself carries out 1st and 2nd line support on the system for the health companies.
